Bruce Township Hall Rental
The hall has a maximum capacity of 200 persons. Renters may come to the hall in person to complete the Hall Rental Agreement. If alcohol is being consumed, renters must provide proof of “Off Premises Liability.”
Once lease agreement is finalized and payment is received a key can be signed out by appointment prior to rental date. Return the key to the drop box located next to the exterior office door.
The hall provides 20 tables (11’7″x30″) and 200 chairs.
Rental Rates
- Activities with Alcohol: $400.00
Includes a nonrefundable $100.00 fee if event is canceled.
- Certificate of Insurance naming township as additional insured is required.
- Activities without Alcohol – Weddings: $300.00
Includes a nonrefundable $100.00 fee if event is canceled.
- Activities without Alcohol – Showers & Anniversaries:
- 4 hours = $50.00
- 8 hours = $100.00
- Non-Residents – Showers & Anniversaries: $150.00
- Commercial Entity: $400.00
- Certificate of Insurance naming township as additional insured is required.
- No mass food preparation.
- Township Supervisor approval required.
- Non-Profit Organizational Meetings (501c): No Fee- Must be reserved by the Non-Profit Organization.
- The Homemakers, Township Fire Dept., and Bruce Township Historical Society: No Fee
BTWP reserves the right to modify the rent to $400.00 if BTWP determines that alcohol was served or consumed on the premises during the rental period.
Tenant Responsibilities
- Return the hall to its original condition, including cleaning, arranging furniture, and removing decorations and trash.
- Report any damages or issues immediately to Bruce Township.
- Remove all personal items and equipment at the end of the event.
- Return the key to the Township dropbox immediately after the event.
Payment in the form of Check or Exact Cash can be dropped off with the lease agreement at the Township Hall.
