Eastern Upper Peninsula Connect Collaborative (EUPCC) is comprised of participating municipalities, villages, cities, counties and organizations committed to bringing equitable high speed internet to the EUP. The first step is to understand which areas completely lack access and which are connected to the Internet at high speeds. To gather this information EUPCC is conducting an online and paper survey.
