After the Pledge of Allegiance President P. Lightfoot called the meeting to order at 7:06.

All members of the Planning Commission were present. President P. Lightfoot - Vice President J. Hillock - Secretary Marj Mitchell- Commissioner J. Hillock - Bruce Township Board Member Rep. Dan Rogerrs.

J. Hillock motioned to approved the agenda - D. Rogers seconded - motion carried

J. Hillock motioned to approve the minutes from the last meeting - J. McLean seconded - motion carried.

M. Pins was not in attendance there was no Zoning Administrator report.

No members of the Township were present. There were no public comments.

Old Business
The Planning Commission went through the proposed changes in the Ordinances. The Planning Commission went through all they found but P. Lightfoot will go over proposed changes with M. Pins and seek his professional expertise. If needed the Planning Commission will have a possible work session before the Oct. 12, 2010 meeting.

New Business
There was no new business at this time

D. Rogers motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:22 - J. Hillock seconded - motion carried.
