Chairperson comments: The County Commission has received the Master Plan draft

Initial reaction is favorable.

Chairman reviewed the decision document for the Special Land Use permit request submitted by Jeff and Kathy Moran to establish a wrecker service on their 9 Mile Road property. The document summarizes Planning Commission action on the request. The public hearing was held on 11 July 2006 and deliberations were continued 9 August 2006. Motion by L. Little to accept the decision document as reviewed as the official record. 2nd by B. Gardella. Unanimous vote to accept document.

The decision document for the Special Land Use permit request submitted by Burton and Burton to establish a gravel pit on 15 Mile Road was also reviewed. The public hearing and Planning Commission consideration were on 9 August 2006. Motion made by B. Osborne, 2nd by B. Gardella to accept the decision document as reviewed as the official record. Unanimous vote to accept the document.
