Bruce Township Planning Commission
July 8, 2008

ATTENDANCE
Members in attendance were C. Person, J. Hillock, L. Little, D. Rogers, M. Mitchell, C. Marsh and two other residents of Bruce Township.

CALL TO ORDER
After the pledge of allegiance C. Person called the regular July meeting to order at 7:00 pm.  The agenda was accepted by the Commission.  L. Little moved to accept the minutes with the noted typo. change of the  June meeting date of June 10th instead of June 14th.  D. Rogers second and the Commission cast a unanimous ballot.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
At this time there were not any public comments.

ZONING ADMINISTRATION
M. Pins presented a list of zoning permits for review.

CHAIRPERSON COMMENTS
The chairperson had none at this time.

COMMISSIONER COMMENTS
L. Little suggested that the Commission create a definition of a studio apartment.

OTHER BUSINESS
The tower project is moving along with the projected completion set for the end of August.

CONTINUED REVIEW OF ZONING ORDINANCES
The Commission went through Article lll – General Provisions 28.400 through 28.326.  

ADJOURN
With no more business to come before the Commission L. Little moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 pm.  D. Rogers second and the Commission cast a unanimous ballot.
