Vice Chair person, John Hillock called the meeting to order at 7:13pm after the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

John Hillock, Jeremy McLean, Carl Marsh, Mike Pins, and Paulette Lightfoot were in attendance.

 

There were no Public Comments.

 

Minutes of last meeting were handed out. Paulette motioned to approve the minutes, seconded by John.

Motion carried.

 

Mike Pins informed us that 6 Permits were issued as of this day.

 

Election of Officers was next.

 

President- John motioned for Paulette and seconded by Jeremy.Motion carried.

 

Vice Chair- Paulette motioned for John and senconded by Jeremy. Motion carried.

 

Secretary- Paulette motioned for Marjorie and seconded by Jeremy. Motion carried.

 

Zoning Board of Appeals- Paulette Motioned for Jeremy and seconded by John. Motion carried.

 

Next meeting scheduled for September 7, 2010 pending any issues arise.

 

John motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Jeremy.
