Approval of agenda: approved as presented
Approval of 11 March 2009 minutes: Motion by D. Rogers, 2nd by J. Hillock.  Approved
as read

Public Comment: none

Zoning Administrator report: 2 permits have been issued: a porch construction and a new
house.

Chairperson comment: none

Commissioner comment: none

Other: Amendment #10 was sent to the Township Board last month for approval.  The
Board has consulted with a lawyer for approval of language and will consider
passing the amendment at the Township Meeting 9 April 2009.

Supervisor Marsh informed the Planning Commission that the Board will make a resolution to return the power of granting final acceptance of Special Land Uses to the Township Board.  The Planning Commission shall make their recommendation to the Board after hearing the request for Special Land Use and the Board shall grant the acceptance/ denial.

Review of Ordinances: The last sections of the ordinances were reviewed and questions
and discussion was carried on so that all commissioners are familiar with the
background of each point in the ordinances.
