Bruce Township Planning Commission Meeting

April 6, 2010

Chairperson, M. Mitchell brought the meeting to order at 700 after the Pledge of Allegiance.

D. Rogers moved to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. J. Hillock seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Paulette Lightfoot and Jeremy McLean were appointed and approved to the Planning Commission by the Township Board.

Mike Pins stated that there very few inquires about permits.

J. Hillock moved to table the elections of officers until next meeting. P. Lightfoot seconded. Motion carried.

P. Lightfoot stated that the meeting held at the Kinross Township was very informative and was glad to be able to attend.

With no more business to come before the Planning Commission, at this time, M. Mitchell adjourned the regular Planning Commission meeting.

M. Mitchell opened the Public Hearing at 7:30

With no residents in attendance D. Rogers moved to close the Public Hearing. P. Lightfoot seconded. Motion carried.

M. Mitchell re-convened the Planning Commission meeting at 7:33

J. Hillock moved to submit to the Township Board recommended changes in the Ordinances, P. Lightfoot seconded. Motion carried.

D. Rogers moved to adjourn the meeting. J. Hillock seconded. Motion carried.
