The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm after the pledge of allegiance. J Hillock made a motion to accept the minutes from the pervious meeting. D Rogers seconded. Motion carried.
Paulette Lightfoot and Jeremy McLean were introduced. Paulette and Jeremy will sit on the Planning Commission in our vacant seats after approval from the Township Board. The two were given a set of Zoning Ordinances to look over.
D Rogers made a motion to advertise the changes in the Zoning Ordinances in the Evening News. J Hillock seconded. Motion carried.
M Mitchell suggested that perhaps R. Hillock would be willing to do the typing for these changes. She will contact R. Hillock to see if she would be willing to do this work for the Planning Commission.
With no more business to come before the Planning Commission M Mitchell adjourned the meeting.
The next Planning Commission meeting will be held on April 6, 2010.
