Meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Linda Little approved, John Hillock 2nd.

Public Comment: Talk concerning the asphalt plant on West 15 mile rd. This was tabled until next meeting

Zoning Administrators Report: Mike Pins did a graph showing Total and New Permits Dating from 2004.

Old Business; Mr. Underhill presented his reasons for building his 12 foot high fence.

Motion Maid: A motion was presented by Dan Rogers - That Mr. Underhill would be allowed to keep his temporary fence up until 6-1-09. The top layer of the existing fence will be removed on or before that date. The vote was Unanimous.
