Members present were P. Lightfoot, J. Hillock, D. Rogers, J. McLean and M. Mitchell. Also in attendance was Zoning Administrator M. Pins.

President P. Lightfoot called the meeting to order after the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:10 P.M.

J. Hillock moved to have the agenda approved. D. Rogers seconded and motion carried.

J. Hillock moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. D. Rogers seconded and motion carried.

Public Comments There were no public comments.

Old Business President P. Lightfoot moved to present Zoning Ordinance changes to the Township Board on the October meeting. D. Rogers seconded and motion carried.

Zoning Administrator Report M. Pins reported that to date there have been 29 permits issued in 2010.

Commissioners Report There was no reports at this time.

New Business There was no new business at this time.

Public Comments There were no public comments at this time.

J. Hillock moved to adjourn the meeting. J. McLean seconded and motion carried. President P. Lightfoot adjourned the meeting at 8:05 P.M. with no more business to come before the Board.
