Meeting called to order 6:59 pm.

Members present: J. Hillock, L. Little, M. Mitchell, C. Person, D. Rogers.

              Also present: Supervisor Marsh, Zoning Administrator M. Pins,

Clerk W. Sawyers and 2 residents.

Pledge of Allegiance

Approval of agenda: Motion by L. Little, 2^nd D. Rogers. Unanimous

Approval of 8 December 2009 minutes: Motion L. Little, 2^nd D. Rogers. Approved as read.

Public Comments: none

Zoning Administrator report: No new applications this month

Chairperson comments: None

Commissioner comments: C. Person tended resignation as of the January 2010 meeting

                                                 L. Little tended resignation as of January 2010 meeting.

                                                 No other comments

Old business: D. Rogers stated that no further business could be carried out since there were only

3 remaining commissioners

Chairperson asked the meeting date schedule be approved.  Motion by D. Rogers,

2^nd by J. Hillock. Scheduled approved unanimously.

Motion by J. Hillock to table remaining business until there is again a complete Board.

              2^nd by D. Rogers.  Unanimous.

Public Comment: none

Chairperson asked if anyone knew of interested parties to fill the open positions have them get a letter into the Clerk for consideration by the Township Board.
